I normally use the oval shaped nails and cut them to the right shape for playing classical guitar, and when I saw this bargain pack of stiletto shaped ones I thought I may as well have those, given I'm going to cut them anyway! My guitar teacher recommended the make. My own nails - especially on the middle finger - are too brittle, despite trying to moisturize them. I think it's an age thing. I find I have to use surgical spirit to clean both my own nail and the false nail first, then I use glue pads (not glue - too destructive on natural nails) to adhere the false nail to my own. They really do last up to 10 days.
