How To Use:

1. For best results apply the Its All About The Base Matte Basecoat or the SOS Damaged Nails hardener and glossy finish treatrment.
2. Apply two thin coats of lacquer.
3. Follow up with a All Eyes On Me Topcoat, which gives you that extra long lasting high shine result.
