Definitely not opaque, but I was not expecting that either - I've had enough experience with Zoya glitters to know this. For someone who isn't aware of that, though - this could be an issue. I'm not a huge fan of the orange base (but that's just because of my skintone), but layered over another colour it's incredible. The glitter is high-sparkle and not chunky! Lasts 5+ days, like most Zoyas for me, then chips slightly.
