Apply a gel top coat of your choice, then cure your nails once again. Dip Powder First of all mix your dip powder & the glitter together. Immediately dip into your chosen dip powder for a second time. Apply Dip Essentials base coat to the whole nail and immediately dip into clear dip powder. Apply Dip Essentials Seal Protect coat over the whole nail. Buff and shape nails, wash hands, apply one more layer of seal protect and wipe nail clean. Apply top coat, air dry for 2 minutes, apply a second coat if needed.
