Allow drying before applying an even coat of your chosen Nail Lacquer.

Very Sparkly

Used as a top coat over OPI neo-pearls effect polish and it really sparkles. Would take 2-3 coats for a more solid colour but as with previous reviews it can have the odd sticky out bits. Maybe with a gentle file and a top coat it my eradicate this.

Rainbow sparkles

Lovely holographic polish to use as a topper,I would only use over a colour polish looks great with black,a little tricker to apply but well worth the effort

Great for parties, Xmas etc.

Goes on easily but does need a couple of top coats as it is rough and catches tights etc.
