Instructions:

Clean and dry your natural nails, removing any polish or oil.
Choose a tab size that best fits each nail bed, making sure it doesn’t touch the cuticle or nail sides.
Remove the backing film, place the tab on your nail, and press firmly to remove bubbles. Apply the false nail immediately and press down for about 5 seconds.
To remove: gently lift the edge of the false nail, slide it off rather than pulling straight up to avoid damage. Remove any adhesive residue with polish remover if needed.

Staying power!

These adhesive tabs are the best I have found after trying out a number of different brands. It helps to make sure natural nails are thoroughly clear of any oil based creams etc. Wipe over with nail varnish remover before applying tabs.
