Jessica Cosmetics, developed by Jessica Vartoughian, the First Lady Of Nails, has become one of the top competitors in the Nail and Beauty Industry. Started when the Mother of Jessica, Vartoughian, had to leave her home country of Romania to move to America, relocating to Los Angeles.
Vartoughian started working at a nail salon, learning the ins and outs of nail care, where she found her true calling: developing nail-care based nail polishes that offer natural nails a gentle yet impactful formula of nail polish with a long-lasting shine and wear.
