Dries polsh quickly

This is the best quick dry I’ve had. It dries polish to a much harder state faster than others I’ve had.

Dries matte top coat

I love quick dry top coat. I am far too clumsy to manage without it but I also love matte nails and nail art. So I bought this to dry a watermarked top coat (nail art) and matte top coat. It's perfect, works as described. Will be buying again.
