How To Use:

1. Pop the Halo Mitts in the microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds. If you prefer additional heat, continue to heat the mitten in 30-second increments.
2. To minimise contamination, use with E152 Halo Heat Mitt Liners after heating.
3. Flip the mitt over once during each heating cycle. They can also be chilled in the freezer for use as an ice pack to alleviate swelling. It’s normal for the product to feel slightly moist after heating.
