I always use these emery boards for my nails, in combination with the 'cushioned' emery boards of the same make.

I've been buying Jessica Nails emery boards for years and they are the only ones I will now use. Have taken my nails from their original brittle and broken condition back to 'normal'. Other boards seem far 'harsher' in comparison. Can't recommend these highly enough!
