3 coats but worth it

You will need 3 coats of this one for full opacity but it's worth it. Fortunately the formula makes it easy, it's not too thick so you don't feel like you have 3 coats on. Application is easy thanks to the smooth formula and perfectly shaped brush.
My favourite of the sometimes iffy Pastel collection.
