1. Start with clean, dry nails and gently push back the cuticles.
2. Apply your chosen OPI Base Coat and allow it to dry.
3. Apply a thin coat of your selected OPI Nail Polish, beginning in the centre of the nail before sweeping down each side.
4. Apply a second coat for full colour coverage, remembering to cap the free edge of each nail.
