Really nice glass file with a fairly smooth grit that files fast but doesn't leave your nail edge bumpy (some other ones I've used make it feel like I've bitten my nail, not filed it).
This is a great nail file shapes the nails very easily the price is a lot cheaper than other sites very happy with my purchase
Have used this file for a number of years and this was a replacement as I dropped original on tiles and broke it. Kind to nails and lasts a long time - just don’t drop onto a hard surface!
Gentle on my nails yet files away rough edges quickly and no worries about ragged edges like some emery boards and nail files.

My nail file arrived broken, I emailed Customer Service and the response was amazing! Replied to me straight away and asked for picture which I sent, replied again straight away stating a new one would be posted out. New nail file arrived in post 3 days later, could not have wished for a better service.
I have bought two of these now (the first one broke after my husband man handled it) and it's the best nail file I have ever used.I've tried other brands (including the Orly ones here on NPD) and nothing else even comes close to doing such a good job.
I previously bought a crystal file from the reportedly 'best glass file' brand. However, it does not compare to this one! I have bought three now, 1 for me and 2 for gifts. Very effective, clean, nice filing action and easy to use. Great service as ever from Nail Polish Direct too!

I had never used a crystal file before and I will certainly never use anything else again, I love the look and feel of this file. A travel pouch for this would be a great addition.
