Two coats and you are good to go. It's a toned down silver with no glitter. It lasts on my nails too.

I ordered this as an undercoat for a sparkle top coat, it goes on easily and I am very happy to use this even on it's own.

Fab nail varnish can give streaky lines so 2nd coat is always advisable. Nice cool metallic finish would purchase again :)

It gives a great metallic finish! Although leaves streaky lines so go over it carefully with a second coat.. In order to give it a better finish: Tip: Shake and turn the closed nail polish upside down a few times before applying.
