I think it is a great nail polish for the price.
OPI is manufacturing at the same factory as China Glaze, so you get the same for less money- BARGAIN!

UV MEANT TO BE

This is a really nice dark baby blue colour which covers nicely in 2 coats and looks even prettier with China glaze liquid crystal over the top. Mermaid type nails galore!
