Strictly Professional Eyelash and Eyebrow - Pre-Tint Cleanser 150ml (SPE7560) Professional Use Only

• The Strictly Professional products are high quality, vegan and cruelty-free.
• The pre-tint cleanser removes any makeup or oils remaining on the lash and eyebrows, ready for tinting.

Strictly Professional Eyelash and Eyebrow Tints Application:

• Apply a small amount of pre-tint cleanser on a cotton pad.
• Gently remove any oils or makeup from the tinting area.
• Mix 2cm of your chosen tint with 10 drops of 10 Volume Peroxide.
• Mix well, combining the tint and the peroxide.
• Apply an eyelash protective sheet and petroleum jelly on the skin surrounding the area.
• Carefully apply the tint onto the eyebrows and the eyelashes.
• Wait for the recommended time of 5 minutes, or until you are happy with the intensity of the tint.
• Remove gently with warm soapy water.
