Not sure if it does what it says on the "tin" yet. Time will tell. My nails are quite short due to the very problem that these files are designed for. Hopefully they do the trick and my nails will start to grow longer instead of splitting and flaking all the time.

I have several expensive crystal nail files that are great but recently my nails have been peeling and flaking. I wondered if perhaps the nail files were too much for my nails. I thought I would give these a go. So far ( a couple of weeks) they seem really good
These are the only emery boards I can use. Unfortunately they soon lose their abrasiveness on the outside edges and so I ave to use one emery board per manicure.
My nails are very soft, crumbly and peeling. The boards help me keep my nails under control without losing too much length when they crumble.

I used these emery boards many years ago, then with all the hype of glass files changed to those, which were ok but found my nails would split & flake. I therefore went back to using what I knew worked best for my nails and since using the JESSICA PROFESSIONAL EMERY BOARDS - FOR SOFT OR WEAK NAILS I have found my nails are in better condition.

I'm glad I bought this, it's perfect for my nails, not too harsh because they tend to break or split easily. Definitely recommend it.
Lovely product. I have strong nails but on occasion can become a little weak. these emery boards are just right for those times. so gentle on the nails.
