Summer Staple
This is one that gets worn every Summer. It's an older formula, neon AND yellow, so cut it some slack! Use a white undercoat or you'll never get it opaque. The most amazing neon pop once you have though (and as a neon it's matte, just add top coat if that's not your thing!).
