1. Shake the bottle before use to mix the 2 phases.
2. Soak a cotton pad with the Total Bi-Phase Eye Make-Up Remover.
3. Hold the cotton pad over the closed eyelid for a few seconds.
4. Gently remove all traces of makeup from the skin without rubbing the eye area.
5. Repeat if necessary.
6. Cleanse and rinse the skin thoroughly.
